Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with I Sell Stickers, operated by Re-Creation Signs in Cleveland, Tennessee. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to make things right if there is a problem with your order.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are made, printed, or prepared specifically for an order, certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Custom or personalized products
- Special-order products
- Items made using customer-supplied artwork, logos, names, or wording
- Products that have been used, installed, applied, altered, or damaged after delivery
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order information and, when possible, photos showing the problem. We will review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until we have reviewed your claim, as photos or additional information may be needed.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After a refund is issued, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
Return Shipping
For standard returns that are not the result of an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us before returning it so we can determine the appropriate resolution.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by I Sell Stickers / Re-Creation Signs or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Items Returned After 30 Days
Items returned more than 30 calendar days after purchase may not be eligible for a refund.
